SOT-363 is used for smaller SMD transistors and MOSFETs (up to 2 per package).

It has a body width of 1.25mm and a length of 2.0mm. This package seems identical to the SOT-323-6. However I have kept this page separate from the SOT-323-6 since I could not find conclusive evidence that they are identical.

Polarity

Some components using the SOT-363 package do not require any polarity marking as the pins are rotationally symmetric. This is a common configuration for a two-device MOSFET component, in where the pinout is shown below:
