Overview
Jelly crimps (a.k.a. gel crimps, gel connectors) are splice-based connectors (a.k.a. wire-insulation displacement connectors, IDC) that are used to easily join together single-core wires in a water-proof fashion. Also known as telephone crimp connectors.
