Overview

SOT-1193 (Small Outline Transistor 1193) is a SMD component package. This package is used for NXP RFID ICs. NXP seems to be the only manufacturer who uses this package.

There are two variants in this family:

  • SOT-1193-1 (XQFN8)
  • SOT-1193-2 (XQFN8)
